Our pROCESS

FINDING YOUR FIT

A positive connection with your therapist is essential for successful outcomes. Our intake coordinator conducts a 30-minute consultation to match you with the best therapist based on your needs, preferences, and goals.

MEETING YOUR THERAPIST

Your assigned therapist will reach out to schedule your first session. Together, you'll explore your concerns, establish therapy goals, and create a personalized roadmap for your journey toward healing and growth.

DOING THE WORK

Therapy is as unique as each client. Sessions may feel structured and goal-oriented or open and exploratory, depending on your needs. Your therapist works with you to address challenges, build resilience, and achieve your desired outcomes.

ENDING YOUR JOURNEY

As you meet your goals, your therapist will guide you through the next steps—whether that means reducing session frequency, concluding therapy, or staying connected for future needs. Our door is always open to support you when needed.

No Surprise Act

Good Faith Estimate

Good Faith Estimate (GFE) for Health Care Items and Services | No Surprise Act of 2022

Effective January 1, 2022, a ruling went into effect called the “No Surprises Act,” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” about services delivered that are considered either out-of-network or cash pay. The Good Faith Estimate shows the cost of items and services that are reasonably expected for your health care needs for an item or service, a diagnosis, and a reason for therapy. The estimate is based on information known when the estimate was created. The Good Faith Estimate is discussed in the phone call consultation and during the first session with your counselor. The Good Faith Estimate form is provided before the first appointment. In addition, you can find more information on the No Surprise Act and Good Faith Estimate by following the link.
